Members of Launchpad staff in each house are benefits experts and will work with residents to ensure they are claiming the benefits they are entitled to. They work with the relevant authorities, including local councils and Jobcentre Plus.
We encourage residents to bring their finances in order and will direct them to other experts, if necessary.
Our staff can also help with the provision of household goods.
