Need Support

We carry out an assessment of each individual upon arrival and work with them to establish personal action plans that are monitored using the Outcomes Star Methodology.

Social development is encouraged by organising community projects and communal activities such as sports, competitions and social events.

We work with a range of partner agencies to provide diversionary activities to help develop their confidence and encourage social interaction.

Where necessary, resident veterans are provided with health and welfare support through our qualified operators.

Other partners provide skills and apprentice training so residents can start preparing themselves to look for work and apply for jobs.  We also offer volunteering opportunities.

Once successful, residents may seek more permanent accommodation.
