Launchpad works with a number of organisations and employment specialists who have access to local and national businesses, to help resident veterans find employment.
Support is provided to help write CV’s, gain a better understanding and awareness of how to search for suitable jobs and interview techniques.
Each house has an IT suite which residents use to search and apply for suitable jobs and access email to communicate with current and potential employers and agencies.
